晏成林,教授/博士生导师,国家重大领军人才项目入选者,英国皇家化学学会会士,现任常州大学副校长,曾任蓝狮在线app下载院长兼蓝狮在线app下载张家港工业技术研究院院长,德国莱布尼茨固态和材料研究所外聘课题组长/博士生导师。国家“万人计划”领军人才入选者,国家科技部中青年领军人才计划入选者,国家优秀青年基金获得者,国家海外高层次引进计划入选者。全国石油和化工高比能电池核心关键材料重点实验室主任,江苏省军民融合钾电系统集成中心主任,国家重点研发计划“新能源汽车”专项评审专家,国家电化学储能技术工程研究中心项目验收组专家,中国化学会首届能源化学学术会议等多个国际/国内能源领域大会主席,江苏省锂电池材料产业创新联盟理事长,江苏省可再生能源学会副理事长,全国高等学校新能源材料与器件丛书编委会委员。2008年毕业于大连理工大学获博士学位,2008-2009年在加拿大国立材料研究院从事博士后研究工作,2009-2011年以洪堡学者身份在德国马普微结构物理研究所从事新型功能材料的科研工作,2011-2014年在德国莱布尼茨固态材料研究所任独立课题组长/研究员、博士生导师,2014年回蓝狮在线app下载任特聘教授、博士生导师。长期在加拿大、德国从事新能源新材料领域的研究开发工作,主要专注于大容量、高功率、长寿命和耐低温锂电池产品的研发与实际产业应用,共发表SCI论文260余篇,其中Nature Catalysis、National Science Review、Nature Communications等影响因子大于10的高质量论文超过100篇。主持国家科技部重点研发计划课题、国家基金委联合基金重点项目、军委科技委课题项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家锂电检测中心项目等30多项。在国际国内会议上作邀请报告及学术报告约60多次,多次担任国际国内会议主席/分会主席。荣获多项奖励和表彰,其中包括德国IFW-Dresden研究所杰出科研奖、德国洪堡学者、以加拿大魁北克省第一名的身份获得加拿大FQRNT奖、中国优秀百篇最具影响国际学术论文奖、中国建筑材料科学技术二等奖等。研究工作被Science、Science newsline、Science daily、Science seeker等多家媒体、刊物和网站作为亮点报道。担任多个国际学术期刊的编辑、编委或特邀编辑。
